Bagels are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. Rewards can be claimed from your second visit, one per bill: leftover points are saved for next time.

Say you have the Grò Card and show your QR code before you pay: points can't be added afterwards.
We send you your points balance by e-mail or text. Points reset on 31 October every year: use them before then!

What the Grò Card is
The Grò Card is a virtual card that lets you collect points every time you spend at Punta Grò Bistrot Cafè. Joining the loyalty programme is completely free, subject to providing a valid name and e-mail address, and can be done on the iPad our waiters carry, through the Bistrot's social channels or website. If the form is not filled in, or only partly, it is not possible to join. The Holder agrees to inform the Issuer of any change to their details, in person or by e-mail at hello@puntagrobistrot.cafe.
Who it's for and why
The Grò Card is reserved exclusively for customers of Punta Grò Bistrot Cafè in Sirmione, hereinafter the “Issuer”. Its purpose is to reward the loyalty of the customer, hereinafter the “Holder”, with a series of exclusive rewards and promotions.
Use
Registering and filling in the form activates the Grò Card within 24 hours. The card is personal: to enjoy its benefits you must say you have it and show the QR code before paying the bill. The points balance is sent periodically to the e-mail address or phone number used to sign up.
Validity and cancellation
The Grò Card does not expire, but the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time and without notice in the event of fraudulent or improper use, use harmful to the Issuer, or any breach of these terms. Cancellation ends the Holder's membership of the loyalty programme and deletes any benefit accrued and not used (total points).
Points
On activation, and simply for having activated the card, 10 (ten) welcome points are credited. For every euro (€1) spent, 1 (one) point is credited and added to the points already collected. Points entitle the Holder to discounts on products exclusively at Punta Grò Bistrot Cafè in Sirmione. When the minimum threshold for a reward is reached, the Issuer may also grant different benefits of equal value, and may grant further vouchers or extra points to card holders. If the waiter is not told about the card before payment, points are not collected and cannot be credited later. Points expire on 31 October every year: after that date the card remains active, but points not used to claim rewards are reset to zero.
Claiming rewards
1st reward, pinsa contadinella or cargo bagel: 75 points Monday to Friday, 150 points Saturday and Sunday.
2nd reward, classic pinsa of your choice or norwegian bagel: 150 points Monday to Friday, 300 points Saturday and Sunday.
3rd reward, black burger or chicken bowl: 225 points Monday to Friday, 450 points Saturday and Sunday.
Monday to Friday there is a 50% points cashback. Bagels are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. Rewards can be claimed from the second visit onwards. Only one reward can be claimed per bill; remaining points can be used for further rewards on later visits.
Personal data and acceptance
The data provided by the Holder are processed by the Issuer in compliance with data protection law (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003), as set out in the privacy notice. By activating the Grò Card the Holder accepts these terms, the latest version of which can always be consulted at the Issuer's premises.
