“GRO’ CARD” FIDELITY PROGRAM

By filling out the form with your information you join Punta Grò Bistrot Café’s loyalty plan that gives you the chance to accumulate points to get great prizes and participate in promotions.

RULES:

EVERY EURO SPENT IS WORTH 1 POINT THAT IS ACCUMULATED ON THE VIRTUAL GRO’ CARD.
Upon activation, the first 10 points will be automatically credited as a Welcome Gift.

WHAT IS GRO CARD:

The Grò Card is a virtual card that allows you to accumulate points whenever you consume at Punta Grò Bistro Café. Enrollment in the loyalty plan is completely free, upon entering a valid name and email address. Grò Card registration can be done via ipad provided to waiters at the venue, through social channels or Bistrot website. Failure or incomplete completion of the form will result in the inability to enroll in the loyalty plan. The Holder will undertake to notify the Issuer of any changes in its data, either personally or by email to hello@puntagrobistrot.cafe

The data provided by the Holder will be processed by the Issuer in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 Privacy Code) as specified in the appropriate Notice provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. n. 196/2003.

RECIPIENTS:

The Grò Card is intended exclusively for customers of the Punta Grò Bistrot Café in Sirmione, hereinafter referred to as the “Issuer.”

GOAL:

The “Grò Card” aims to reward the loyalty of the Customer, hereinafter referred to as the “Holder,” with a series of reserved rewards and promotions.

USE:

Registration and filling out the relevant form, activates the Grò Card within 24 hours. It is personal, and to take advantage of the associated benefits, you must declare your possession and show the QR code before paying your bill.

Point balances will be sent periodically to the email address or phone number used for enrollment.

VALIDITY AND REVOCATION:

The Grò Card has no expiration date but the Issuer reserves the right to cancel it at any time and without prior notice in the event of fraudulent, incorrect or detrimental use against the Issuer or otherwise in the event of violation of these regulations.

Revocation results in the cancellation of the loyalty plan membership and the cancellation of any accumulated and unused benefits (total points).

POINTS MANAGEMENT:

The accumulated points allow the Holder to receive a benefit in terms of discounts on products made exclusively at Punta Grò Bistrot Café in Sirmione.

Upon reaching the minimum points threshold necessary to qualify for the award, the Issuer reserves the right to also award different benefits as long as they have the same value.

The Issuer also reserves the right to award additional vouchers or extra points to its loyalty members as benefits associated with Grò Card ownership.

Upon activation of the Grò Card, and just for activating it, 10 (ten) points will be immediately credited as a welcome.

For each euro (€1) of spending, an amount of points equal to 1 (one) will be credited to the virtual card, which will be added, from time to time, to the points already acquired during previous purchases.

Failure to notify the waiter of possession of the virtual card before payment will not allow points to accumulate and will not entitle the waiter to credit them at a later time.

Accumulated points expire on Thursday, October 31, 2024, and on October 31 of each year thereafter. After that date, the Grò Card will remain active but points not used to redeem prizes will be automatically reset to zero.

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY THERE IS 50% POINTS CASHBACK.

Awards can be claimed from the second visit.

At the time of checkout you can claim only 1 prize; you can use the remaining points to collect additional prizes at your next visit to the venue.

With the activation of the Grò Card, the conditions set forth in these Regulations are understood to be accepted, the updated version of which will always be available for inspection at the offices of the Issuing Company.
